What is “Titan Native Micellar Casein”?
Titan Native Micellar Casein simply put, is the benchmark in protein purity. Native Casein is made directly from milk, making it the least processed Micellar Casein available. Micellar Casein provides a slow and sustained release of essential amino acids. When taken at night, this helps prevent muscle breakdown and promotes the body’s ability to repair and improve during its natural recovery period – sleep.
How is “How Is Titan Native Casein Made”?
Titan Native Casein is produced with a unique pasteurization method that does not use high heat and utilizes a proprietary filtration and drying method. It involves the minimum amount of processing: single flash pasteurization for 15 seconds at 71 degrees celsius. The result is a microbial safe product that exceeds all standards. Titan Native Casein is not a by-product of cheese manufacture. We do not use cross-flow filtration, hydrolyzation or ion exchange because these methods denature the original protein components. Our process involves microfiltration of skim or whole milk using polymeric, spiral type membranes.

Calories are insanely low only being around 90 calories and being sugar free is a dream and made this an easy staple for me.
Taste
Strawberry & cream 9/10
This flavor is truly awesome, it definitely grew on me the longer I utilized it. There is certainly a delightful creamy strawberry taste that isn't too sweet. There is certainly less and less brands doing a standout strawberry - it's certainly one of those flavors that get overlooked but I am super chuffed and impressed by this one, but I would prefer it slightly sweeter.
Milk Chocolate 8.7/10
Another awesome flavor, this has a really creamy chocolate taste that's really enjoyable to say the least, again it's not too sweet but preferably I do like sweeter. But regardless it is one of the best chocolate flavors out, it's quite versatile too in foods - being that chocolate is a great base flavor

For a true Native micellar casein this is extremely well priced and affordable considering its in a league of its own. This is most definitely an international contender without a doubt - do not be naive and question that for a second
TSA tip
If you have never used a "real" micellar casein (I am aware this is a native (class of its own) then you may not be aware of the textural difference - other inferior forms of casein like sodium caseinate are marketed as a "micellar casein" but it is a by product - or companies throwing in milk protein (contains whey + casein). True micellar casein forms a gel like substance that is pretty much evident to spot and more so - feel. Regular digestibility of micellar casein is around 6-8 hours. This is a great and versatile addition not just before bed (fights catabolism (muscle loss) during fasting (sleep) ). Supplementing with micellar casein between meals and even post workout (the combo of micellar casein and whey protein is more effective than whey protein as a standalone) can be advantageous as the sustained release of aminos keeps anabolism on high. And with being Native... its basically micellar casein v2.0.
Texture and mixability
The texture of the actual powder is quite unusual as its rather chalky... even the taste has a slight chalkiness but don't be fooled and doubt it's quality. The texture is double or triple that of their true whey (native whey concentrate). I have never used another native micellar casein but the texture is actually preferable for me over standard micellar casein which is really ultra thick but then again thickness is also controllable by water used. But on to the texture of this - Its smooth and really enjoyable as it mixes really much instantly.
Effectiveness
With alot brought into play beforehand this is going to be pretty short yet sweet. With the sheer quality of this I honestly noticed zero upset stomach or other issues that can be associated to a slower releasing protein which can be an issue - this is virtually lactose free so if you aren't a fan of lactose this one is for you, I can be occasionally sensitive to lactose but nothing but good with this. Being super slow releasing this served me wonders as I do fast in the mornings so to sustain me this did it well by curbing hunger. As a post workout addition as mentioned in my TSA tip - this digested amazingly well and I noticed zero bloat whatsoever and combined with their true whey my recovery was definitely improved.... And ofcourse before bed (ideal) it was wondrous. No hunger pangs and being that for most of the time I was on lower calories this was a great addition at 50 grams.

Overall
Alot was said - naturally but being so commited in letting out the truth, products like these get me excited because the consumer gets what they pay for and more. It's alot more harder to please consumers now - but with great quality and taste this is gonna please everyone and priced competitively (even though its one of a kind in Africa) its certainly a worthy buy and the reason why its a staple of mine and hope it always will be (wink wink) lol.
